1. Agreement

By using webon.live or engaging Webon ("we", "us") for website design services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Webon provides custom website design, hosting, maintenance, and related services. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at project start.

3. Payment

Our standard pricing is a $499 one-time setup fee plus $99/month (or annual billing with one month free). Setup fees are due before launch. Monthly fees are billed in advance. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, branding) needed to complete your website. You confirm you own or have rights to all materials supplied.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. Webon retains rights to underlying templates, code frameworks, and tools used to build it.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel monthly service at any time. Hosting and ongoing maintenance end at the close of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior three months.

8. Third-Party Services

Your website may rely on third-party tools (domain registrars, payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
